“Life transitions” is an umbrella term that really includes anything you experience as a significant change in your life. Whether or not a transition is “big” is really determined by you. Even positive transitions (like buying a house) can leave us feeling lost or challenged. Here are some examples of life transitions:
Working with a coach can help you identify your goals, build skills to work towards them, and have support and accountability along the way. Although a “coach” in sports terms is different than a Goal or Wellness Coach, there are some similarities in the ways our coaches give you the tools, help you reflect, and support you through practice.
